Christmas Break Challenge - Anything Goes - The Paper Shelter

Good Morning Paper Shelter Followers, well I do so hope that you enjoyed our Blog Hop I will be announcing my image winner as soon as Im able but it will be in a separate post but I do want to thank you all for taking part I know the Design Teams certainly loved taking part.
Todays Challenge is our last one for this year and both the Design Teams will be taking part, our 1st Challenge after this will be in the New Year on January 10th, so I want to wish you all a very Happy Christmas and I hope you thoroughly enjoy it as we wont be leaving any comments on the entries for this Challenge as its only fair that the Design Teams have a chance to be with their families and not worry with commenting on the entries.
But firstly before I show you my card you will want to know who our Sponsors are and as always our sponsers are The Paper Shelter and they are offering a fabulous prize of $30. to spend on their website

But as always it comes with the rule that you must have used one of their products on your card or project, this could be a Image, Paper or Printable and even if you don't, they will still give you 3 digi images of your own choice, so it really is a win win situation don't you think.
And now for my cheeky card hope you like it:-

This image is titled "The Santa Family Selfie" and you will find it here, I printed the image onto white card then coloured it with my copic pens, afterwards I cut it out with the Nestabilite die and used a larger one for the mount out of Red Card.
The base card is 6.50"x 6.50" white card and Ive used the backing paper from the image set and you will find here, and this was also mounted onto a piece of the same dark red card. I then placed a large red bow in the top left hand corner and on top I have placed a poinsettia flower. To finish of I have used some nuvo drops in the two opposite corners.
Now that youve seen my card I do hope that you will pop over to The Paper Shelter Challenge Blogspot to see what the rest of the Design Teams have created for your inspiration and hopefully you to will want to take part in this "Anything Goes" Challenge.
We will be back on January 10th, so have a wonderful Christmas.

and Janet has created some gorgeous images that are just right for this Challenge and for my card my image is really cute to.
But before I show you what I have been up to, I must let you know who is sponsoring us and that is Janet Roberts of Pink Gem Designs go and visit the Pink Gem Designs website and see for yourself

what beautiful and stunning images and papers that she creates for you to play with and create cards with.
And here is the card I created for it, it reminds me of the Conga

This merry bunch of snowman are titled "Snowman Trio" and you will find them here, I printed the image onto white card then used my copic pens to colour them, afterwards I cut them out with my rotatrim and mounted it onto a piece of blue card. The sentiment is a stamp from my stash and has been treated in the same way as the image, but before I mounted both of the I have stuck glitter all around the edge to make it feel more snowy.
The base card is a 6.50"x 6.50" white card and the papers I have used are from the "Small Snowflake" digi paper set and you will find them here, then around one end I have wrapped a piece of ribbon and attach it to the back of my first mount. The image was then placed towards the top with the sentiment below in the right hand corner.
Now that youve seen my Card I do hope that you will pay a visit to the Pink Gem Challenge Blogspot and see what the rest of the very talented design Teams have created for your inspiration and hopefully you will want to take part in our Anything Goes Challenge.

Good Morning Paper Shelter Followers, well do you know Marie and I have been with The Paper Shelter for 7 years now, and we do so love being part of their stunning work and running the Design Teams, and so now this Blog Hop is our way and the Design Teams way of thanking them both for giving us their beautiful and stunning Images, Papers and Printables to play with so now I hope you thoroughly enjoy taking your part in our Birthday and Celebrations Challenge and Blog Hop, though its not necessary for you to take part in the Blog Hop if you either don't have the time or don't wish to, but by leaving a comment on my own card you stand a chance of being picked to win one of The Paper Shelter Images that each of the Design Team have to offer as a prize.

So now to launch this Blog Hop here we go:-

Good Morning fellow crafter's and welcome to The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog Hop and this is in celebration of their reaching their 7th Birthday on December 8th. It will be a two week Challenge and both Design Teams are taking part.

The Hop is our way of inviting you to join in with us and this one is a  "BIRTHDAY/ CELEBRATIONS" theme, which I know will be extremely popular!!!! If you have landed here from The Paper Shelter Challenge Blogspot as you can see Our Design Teams have worked very hard and are showcasing the gorgeous images available from their Website and each blog in the hop are offering one lucky commentor a digi of their choice as well as the main prize, details of which are on The Paper Shelter Challenge Blogspot
And here is the Card I have made for the theme

This little lady is titled "A Papercraft Fun" and you will find her here, I felt she was the ideal image to use and although I'm not the colouring of her I really felt she was just right I hope you agree. I printed her onto white card then used my copic pens to colour her, afterwards I used a Nestabilitie die to cut her out and a fancy one our of beige card with a fancy die as a mount.
The backing paper is also from the same design set as this image and you will that here, I then used a square doily on top and laid my mounted image in the center. To finish of I have tied a large pink bow and stuck it to the left side and down the right I have placed several sewing embellishments, and the last item with the sentiment which was created on my computer and printed and then mounted on top of yet another piece of beige card.

From here you will need to hop on over to Anna's Blog. Don't forget to leave your comment for a chance of winning your choice of one of the fab digis available in store.
Hop! Hop! Hop!
Good luck and hope you're enjoying it so far.
